Problem:

This company’s end client needed a central and custom-designed IT modernization to improve their quality payment program, case management, and processes.  

Project:

Provided a strategic roadmap and solution architecture design and then project manage the end-to-end (ITSM)  migration from the company’s legacy ITSM platform to ServiceNow.  Utlised Scaled Agile classroom training for effective product management methodologies to over 300 team members.

Outcome:

Implemented ServiceNow to 4,500 end users across multiple contracts, training more than 1,900 users through virtual and in-personal training.  Achieved 86% customer satisfaction, and very successful adoption. Improved accuracy of forecasting by 32% . Empowered the super users to manage workflows for in-office, hybrid, and remote employees.
