6-month design-led, people-first project to review talent acquisition capability, including people, process, and tech. Lead a detailed design thinking methodology – empathize, ideate, ideate, prototype, test, and verify.

Extensive review, including in-person and virtual workshops, surveys, and interviews. Process and friction points are visualized in detailed journey maps for three major workforce segments. Study of current tech stack and architecture. Market review of technologies and recommendations made to overcome friction points.  

Outcome:

Develop a successful investment case to transform talent capability through 20+ vital strategic recommendations. Proiviuded detailed future service design including people, process, and technology, three-year roadmap, comprehensive technology strategy & architecture design, PMO set up and transition plan to realize benefits,
